PATHETIC SERVICE

I cancelled my contract with Cell C 3 years back after my contract with them was more problems than anything else. I went into the store at Mall of the North, sat with an agent and cancelled it. Now, three years later, my credit report says that I owe Cell C money. HOW? I went into Cell C store at Mall of the North again and nobody could answer me as to why I owe money. They gave me the Customer care number to phone. I did that twice, and again NOBODY could tell me why I owe them money!!! This is pathetic!!!! I want it removed from my credit record as I am not in the wrong here, but Cell C is and I still can not get proper service from Cell C! Cell C truly is more problems than any phone is worth!!!!!
