Pathetic service

I'm going to start off by saying my name is Riekus. Now Cell C have been phoning me for the past month on a daily basis asking to speak to Petrus Schutte... I do know Petrus and have given them his correct number on a previous occasion. However this is not stopping them from phoning me every day to speak to him. i have asked that they remove my number from his contact on their system and every time they promise that they are doing it. Even today i spoke to a Thumubzo looking for Petrus again. So its strange to me that although my number is deleted from his contact on their system they keep phoning me and not him on the correct number i have given them.... this is pathetic.

They should really teach their employees how their system works. Also when you tell them what is going on the employees start getting attitude and even cuts the call. Is that how you want to be portrayed to the public???
