Pathetic service

I am beyond ****ed with the terrible services I was given from the cell c store as well as C-surance. I booked my phone in for repairs and the store only sent it away 2 weeks later. C-surance is just as pathetic, the people don't even know how to transfer a call to whom ever I need to speak with. They sent me the banking details of where I need to do an eft to, but not one ****ing person can tell me what the excess amount is. Service is ****ing pathetic and I totally regret doing business with CellC as well as C-surance
