Pathetic service

I was over overcharged my account for R 314 and i would like my refund or my account will be closing my account on Monday

Their representative then said that I owe them still which is nonsense and i want this sorted out ASAP

I also sent them 3 proof of payment statements and still had to call them for a follow up
