Pathetic service

My LG G4 that was supp**** by Cell C in August this year, has been giving endless problems. I booked it in 7 weeks ago, the phone was barely 6 weeks old. After having to wait 6 weeks for the repair, I receiving it back, it lasted 2 days and started freezing again. I actually need to take the battery out in order to reset it. I phoned your repair centre and was told that I now need to book it in again and again wait for 6 weeks which is bull#$$#. I dont want the phoned repaired a second time its barely 3 months old. I want the phone replaced. I am not interested in waiting another 6 weeks. And then it still not sorted. Please phone me and make arrangements
