PATHETIC SERVICE

I have taken out a contract for a WiFi Router 30/09/2015 with the sales person Shasene Samuels. On the day of collection a different sales person did the connection and failed to put a cap on this device as I REQUESTED!!! The contract is R199.00 pm which I signed for. End of October I am billed to pay R801 as it ran a bill and was never made capped by these sales persons! I never signed up for an uncapped device or for a bill to run! After trying to get hold of this sales person and the manager who was never available , I made it clear that I am not going to pay for their stupid mistakes , Shasene then told me that they will not refund me but NOTHING will deduct from my account end of November and she also said that she will make this device capped to ensure nothing runs over! This never happened as now for November I am to pay R2479.00 for God knows what! This is pathetic and I demand for the manager to contact me as I am not having this!!! I am not going to pay again for the mistakes made from CellC Zevenwacht and it's staff!
