Pathetic Service

I bought Data yesterday at 13:14, called my bank to get a clarity why I haven't been granted the data, they advised that Cell C has a problem, I then contacted Cell C, they advised that they cannot see what I have purchased it will only show on their system after an hour f purchase this was a consultant called Lebo, 30minuutes which was an hour 30minutes I called Cell C again spoken to a very rude consultant Leam who was not interested in what my problem is but busy explaining things I didn't ask nor even listen to the query, He refused to even call his supervisor and hung up on me, I called back spoken to Masibongwe Buthelezi who gave the ref ***, who also was not helpful to the matter, I asked him to le me speak with his superior, he said the superior is busy on other call and will make sure she gets back to me till now no one called me the superior's name is Keletso Boikanyo. consultants in Cell C are so *********** and they do not listen when you state your problem let along help. I have been with Cell C from year 2006 I have never had a good service with the staff in Cell C
