Pathetic Service
I have been with Cell C since 2018 .Never had any problems with the service up until now .I cant wait for my contract to end as i will not be doing an upgrade or renew my contract. Each and every month Cell c debits my banking on the 27th of every month ,to my suprise my cell C account is in arrears .How ?im failing to understand ? Calling the call center and consultants calling me up until today my query has not been resolved .I just called customer care and spoke to Buhle and she advised me that my account is not current and its in arrears ,so Cell C please fix my profile and fix the mess you created on my profile as i am fed up with your nonsense .

my debit orders goes through every month off successfully from my banking account.
i have sent bank statements highlighted the date and amounts that went off .
please fix the mess you guys created on my account .
i have emailed my bank statements for May ,June & July to customer service ,proof of payments and collections department and my query has still not been resolved .
You guys are quick to reply arrears and unsuccessful without double checking your facts !!!!!
