Pathetic Service!

I have had the most pathetic experience and service from Cell Cs upgrades department! Called at 08:04am on Tuesday morning to upgrade my husband's contract to which the woman did not even process the upgrade! She didn't even do her damn job! Pay our asses off for expensive contracts that cost more for less at cell c than any other service provider yet i have to deal with this bull****! And when i contacted the Facebook team to complain it took them 4 hours to respond to my message after i had to grab their attention the second time then it took them a full damn 24 hours to tell me nothing has been processed! Getting tired of this ****!
