Pathetic service
Spoke to Bridgette, think surname is Morê. Just pathetic, unprofessional, frustrating service!!! When will people realise that customer service is really important! After all, the client you're 'helping', pays your salary!!! She was not really helpful and didn't answer my questions at all. I went through the security check - which takes forever, and then she didn't put me through to her manager as I requisted, but cut me off?! Totally pathetic, and I was actually phoning in to set up payment details as my credit card expired a few months ago. Looks like cell c doesn't want/need my 5 contracts I have with them...

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
