Pathetic service!!

1 month before my upgrade the Cell-C call center phoned me to upgrade my device. At first I was skeptical and that proved to be right. Everything the call center advised me was incorrect!! From the phone credentials to the data I am supposed to get. I contacted them last week Monday and until today I have not received a phone call or solution to all this. Cell C this service is pathetic and I will cancel this contract as other network providers are more than willing to assist. 10 out of 10 for the worst service goes to you!
