PATHETIC SERVICE
Went into your store at The Grove Mall to inquire about your data plans. The consultant (Sophie) however did not know about the data plan and then then called Asanda to assist. The data plan was not showing up on the system and she advised I should call the call centre and they will assist me with it because they are a franchise store and have nothing to do with online deals. I am in a Cell C shop yet I had to call the call centre and what the **** whether it is a franchise store or not does that have to do with me? Asanda is not a people's person which begs the question as to why she is in a management position as her attitude stinks.
