Pathetic service

Every time my phone gets suspended and I get hounded for payment when I have clearly been making payments every month. I am always speaking to different people at cell c where the one person is not able to pick up payments but when i get put through to some one else they are able to see that payment was made and the phone gets reconnected. Two days later i have to go through the same process with cell c. Phone calls, sms`s it is just to much! Cell c get your **** together!!!!!!!
