Pathetic Service !

I've called the call centre 3 times in the past week, wrote to "write to us" once, logged 2 complaints on their Facebook complaints page and I receive jack **** communication. I am paying for a 3g line which I cannot even access due to their utter **** connectivity. I am locked on this contract for two years, the only person that benefits from this contract is Cell C. Due to your lack of communication, poor service and extremely disgusting network connectivity I want this contract cancelled and I WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO PAY THE REMAINING MONTHS ON THE CONTRACT.
