pathetic service

Good Day !!! I AM DISCUSTED WITH THE SERVICE INCLUDING HELLO PETER!!!! I have put a complaint on Hello peter in regards to Cell C - Maropeng from Cell C contacted me and informed me that the manager will get back to last week Friday - STILL WAITING - I have in the meantime lodge 2 other queries and left messages with the call centre to contact me as well. NO response yet. I took out a contract for a router and paid the connection fee of R195-00 the following day - my account was debited. To make a long story short the router is not working it worked for about a day and half. I took it back and then was told that they need to send it back and I have to wait 5 days. Why pay for something I don't have.. I was furious !!!!! I left the sim card my contract papers and everything at the store and walked out. I then put a compliant on hello peter where Maropeng contacted me and was informed that the Manager will call me back shortly ( 23/09/2015) as he did speak to him and they will loan me a router... STILL NO PHONE CALL from the manager.. I phoned the call centre and every time they sent a email to Maropeng to contact me... STILL NOT FEEDBACK -
