Pathetic service

Three weeks ago i app**** for an upgrade. I requested 2 handsets. Received both within 24 hrs. The one handset was faulty, it didnt read the sim. I returned the handset to them. I have not heard a word from them. Whenever i try to query the return they put me thru to repairs. Why would i need to speak to repairs when this was a new phone that never worked? They are also wanting the OBF no from me and when i tell them that i never received one they put me on hold while trying to get it and then no-one comes back to me. <br> I am getting tired of not being told what is happening. <br> They also keep asking me for a ref no. I have received no sms since sending the phone back. <br> THIS SERVICE (OR RATHER LACK OF SERVICE) IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!<br>
