Pathetic Service

I placed an order for the Hauwei P8 Lite and tablet combo. I received the tablet, but not the phone. I then phoned Cell C Direct to inform them about this and then I was told there is no stock. Why did Mochael not inform me about this when I placed my order? Its been a month now and I am still sitting with only a tablet. This is unacceptable and is a breach of contract from your side. I will return this tablet and want my contract cancelled. I will never ever take out a contract with you guys again. This is not the type of service a expect being with you guys for almost 10 years. I am really disappointed.
