Pathetic Service

Ive been struggling to get my contract paid. I paid it on the 2nd of Aug and used the Ref- my cell number.<br> Ever since then I receive messages everyday that I need to pay my account, but did that already.<br> <br> I phoned the customer care line and a very rude lady spoke to me, told me she cant check if they received my payment because my contract is on my moms name.<br> So I got my mom to phone them, they told her that I need to ignore the messages, which I did.<br> I received a few messages thereafter that they are going to suspend my contract and rate me a bad payer, ignored that too.<br> Today 2015/08/13 I received a message that my phone will be cut off, a few minutes later, my phone was cut off for no reason, I paid my phone!<br> <br> This is unacceptable, I will not refer anyone to take out a contract with you.<br> <br> Please I need assistance ASAP!
