Pathetic service
Today have phoned around for insurance quotes for my Hauwei P6. Most companies had me \covered"within 15 minutes. Then I proceeded to contact C Surance since I am a Cell C client. It took them 40 minutes and counting to tell me that my phone is not available on their list of phones covered??? How is this possible? Their call centre personal are of little to no use since they cant answer any of the questions asked. Absolutely unacceptable. """
