Pathetic Service

I took out a contract over a month ago with a guy called Gabriel Mphala in Retensions. It was the double deal<br> where u get 2 handsets, after a week only 1 handset was delivered, called Gabriel and he told me there was no stock of the tablet (which he never told me in the 1st place)<br> Said he will let me know when they have stock, stock arrived after a week, as he told me there is stock.<br> Its been 3 weeks after stock was received and im still waiting, every time I call them or email them there is no reply.<br> As an ex staff employee I always thought clients was exaggerating when they complain, now I experienced it for myself.<br> I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect and put on prepaid! Service is pathetic!!!<br>
