Pathetic service

recently i app**** for home finance and was shocked to see that i had a default against my name from cell c??? When i phoned cell c to enquire about this account ghey assured me there was no account?? I then phoned the legal department who after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes absolute madness!!!! I spoke to gentleman who after a long story was able to tell me it was a data plan for that instead of stopping after the 2 year period they just continued to try take the money from my account now i apparently owe them R2500 3years later??? Not a call a sms nothing just put my account into default the legal department is a joke im still waiting for feedback on how to sort this mess out after multiple phone calls and in the mean time i lost out on buying the house i was interested in just pathetic
