Pathetic service

On my previous review one of the issues I had was about struggling on handing in my phone which was giving me problems and soon after that review I managed to hand it in, and I received it back a week or so later, on the afternoon I received back I put on the charger and that night around 10 pm it was 100% full, without using it when I woke up in the morning it was on 27% which meant whatever they were doing made it worse, I just ran out of energy because I realized that I'm dealing with people who have no respect for my time as I have been running around for so long about this phone issue.

The second problem I have is that today was the last day for my contract, being aware that and having needed to purchase some minutes of Saturday I called in their customer service to enquire about what will happen with those minutes when the number moves to prepaid, so that I can decide if I buy less or more minutes, the lady assured me that those minutes will carry over to prepaid when the last day of the contract comes to effect, and the call was precisely for that since I did not want to find myself losing out and I asked the lady to assist with a purchase of 900 minutes which was successful. And this morning when I had an emergency call to make and the call could not go through and when I checked my balance everything was wiped out except data, it is very disappointing as my emergency call could have been a matter of life and death, I seriously don't what to do anymore with this company
