Pathetic Service

I upgraded my cell phone, which was delivered last Monday. I been calling ever since for a copy of my contract and terms and conditions. .every time I call the response I get from the agents is that they cannot help and I need to go to this department and that..and they keep cutting the call. My sim is still not activated. The attitude of the agents are nit friendly and they are certainly not helpful..they even refuse to put me through to a superior.
