Pathetic Service
I put a compliant here on the 30th, got a response from someone with initials S M. No name on the response so I don't know who I'm dealing with. They asked if I have a new sim card, I said yes and provided the Rica serial number to date there's no response as to whether they will assist with the sim swop or not. Pathetic!
