Pathetic Service
Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!!! Service from the Upgrade dpt (Jennifer)!!!. I called to perform an early upgrade. The feedback a got was terrible. 1stly when she answers the phone she does not introduce herself. No security checks done she asked for my name and says \you can only upgrade 06 June Thank you"She does not even bother to ask why i called. I asked her to transfer me to retentions as she could not help me and she hang up. Please listen to call and provide further training to this individual"
