Pathetic service.
<p>I gues I am paying for not being loyal to MTN who have always been the best cellular network. I still have not figured out I was thinking when I took a contract with Cell C, because I have always known that their service was pathetic. I hate call c with every nerve in my body. I wish I could preach to the whole Nation that they should not use such a pathetic network with *********** employees.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>It's been 3 months now call c is falling to do their job, and I will continue to write negative reviews until they do what is expected of them, and beyond.</p>

Cell C did their job, when you logged your review on the 15 of June, Cell C acknowledged your complaint and assigned a consultant to assist. You were contacted, assisted and advised on a way forward regarding your ITC profile.

Way foward? I was only advised, and nothing was done, even the time frame that was given lapsed long ago, nothing happened thereafter.

And the onlything I requested is to have my ITC updated, not to be told lies. For 3 months now I have been asking one and the same thing!!
