Pathetic service

<p>I called in to cancell my contracts in may because i was recieving constant calls from cell c to upgrade. Firstly nobody told me that i could cancel it on the phone and i drove all the way to a cell c store and was informed u no longer fill in a form to cancel u do it on the phone. I then called and cancelled and recieved a sms to confirm the cancelation. I then called now to confirm that everything is in order because today i recieved another call to upgrade. When i phoned now the lady said only one of my contracts are cancelled. I am disgusted at this because now they are going to deducted R200 for 100mb of data that cost R25. And this is the main reason i cancelled in the first place! Ive been a client of cellc for 9 years and i feel that im going to change networks because ive had enough now.</p>
