Pathetic service

<p>My Cell C contract was taken in February. A month later my phone packed up (battery died and phone could not be switched back on). My phone was then collected by RAM delivery services. Along with my phone that was collected was my SIM card. Now, three months later I am still awaiting the arrival of my SIM card and paying for airtime that I do not receive. Disappointing service on every level. </p>
