pathetic service

<p>i am insured by this insurance company which is under written by cellc which is called C-surance. I booked in my device at the cell c headoffice and then called my insurer to see if they can cover my device.</p> <p> </p> <p>i had filled out necessary documents as well paid an excess amount that was given to me. the device was suppose to be delivered on the 17/05/2017 cause its reached its time period of 7-8 working business day.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have numerous amount of ticket numbers and no response since they say it only takes 24 business hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>i pay my contract monthly via debit order and havent skipped 1 month so they are ripping me off on a service they are not providing.</p> <p> </p> <p>when ever you call their insurance you hold for 45mins max and still no answer.. our rights as consumers are being voilated so i hope the CEO of cellc see this cause we arent being assisted even if we pay them monthly.. all the response you recieve from this insuer is "its been escalated" and its reached 24 hours now today and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>C-surance is pathetic and feels like they ******** cell c clients</p> <p> </p>
