pathetic service

So ive always heard bad things about cell c but never did i believe how pathetic their services were until it happened to me. I took my ipad in 2 cell c Kenilworth centre to repair the screen which is insured with C surance. I was told to wait 21 working days by Rushana but got no feedback then when i called them 1 month later to ask what is happening i need my ipad for work purposes i was told to call repair centre then later they only realised that my ipad didnt even leave their store. i was sick to my stomach and nobody had the decency 2 inform me. Then i called the overall manager who sounded very helpful but made ABSOLUTELY NO difference because she told me 2 fetch my device (1month later) and take it to the branch i origanally bought it at. I had to drive out more petrol and find time with 3 busy kids to fetch my ipad and take it to makro which didnt make sense becos Csurance said i could take it to ANY cellC branch.The cell c manager that promised 2 make sure i will get my device back asap has NEVER gotten back to me after it was booked in at makro cellc.All the phone calls i made i now have 2 pay for PLUS its been another 2 months & still no feedback and no ipad. IM FURIOUS
