Pathetic Service

I upgraded my contract at Cell C in Cleary Park (Eastern Cape) & took a Blackberry 9720. Had the phone for 2months & the charging port broke. I took the phone for repairs & had to wait until June for a phone that was replace with a refurbished for. Not long same problem & took it for repairs again. Got another refurbished phone. This is now the 3rd phone. Few weeks ago took the phone in again for repair same fault. Pathetic how they cant give me a new phone but I have to pay my contract. This time round repair centre states the phone has water damage. When I requested the proof it came back the phone has been physically damage. How pathetic so what is it now physical or water damage. I got the phone back but wasn't even opened. In their own words a Refurbished phone is a phone that came in for repairs & if they see that your phone just need a camera or charging block they give you a phone that they Refurbish. So where is the evidence that the phone they gave me went in for water damage. All i want is a new phone with the same value as the Blackberry 9720.
