Pathetic service!!!

We called Cell C on January 21st to open a new cell phone contract and to have the phone delivered. <br> 11 February and still no contract or phone. After numerous calls to 084124 and many hours on the phone (that we must pay for) - nothing. Every time we called promises were made - but never kept OR we were kept on the line forever OR cut off OR *********** staff that sent us to the wrong departments AND AND AND... Too many things to mention. We are so disappointed and will warn everyone about the pathetic service that we received from Cell C. It is better to pay a little extra at a different service provider - at least you will receive better service.<br> We've never had such a bad experience anywhere else.
