Pathetic service
Follow up review still no help with unclocking a phone that has been paid up. I was put into contact with someone from the head office. Who does not return none of my calls. Bear in mind this phone was paid up on the 18th of September after been handed over its the 1st of November and cell c still cannot help us i am absolutely disgusted

03 Nov 2020, 10:09Good day please can you get someone else ro help me besides moses mo***eng i was told today that i shouldnt phone him on the number thats on his email as its his private number. Then why is it on the email? The reason being i tried calling him on multiple times to tell him blake and accosiates to do not want to send me a statement he even asked me to text him because he never answer which he never respond to in that same text i asked him to call me back again cell has let me down
