PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been receiving calls for my upgrade at times that is inconvenient to me. I request that they call me at a certain eg after it does not happen. This past week I have spoken to a Team leader who calls me and when I request that the specs of the phone and the prices to be emailed to me, this does not happen he does not follow up to see if all is in order. He also refer to another agent who is the best he says to discuss the offers but he does not follow up or email me. I also spoke to kim as well who does the similar thing. Note the team leader says he is not fully aware of the offers or the specs therefore he is referring me to the his best agent, which is strange for a senior person not knowledgeable.

Today I did not receive a call so I called 140 press the options for upgrade I go to an agent and he asks me the reason I want to go to the upgrades dept. He was unfriendly and unhelpful. That is why customers leave cell c cos of such shabby service. Think Cell c retrenches the wrong people and have people that provide such pathetic service.
