We took out two contracts on exactly the same date in about 2001 up to today they still can't fix it on my *** number every time telling me the dates differ I am now sick and tired of this nonsens i even went so far to buy out a contract a few years ago to get the dates the same once again it was stuffed up now I want to do a early upgrade on my *** number and once again the same story get a qualified and competent person to call me and authorize the upgrade I am sick and tired of this fight every two years i want it fixed today that we can do the upgrade contact me urgently on ***
