PATHETIC ********

I cancelled my cell c fibre contract in June of 2022. I have provided cell c with all the payment document to prove that I have paid them in full and an email was sent to me informing me that my account was closed. We are in October but every month without fail I still get a debit order from cellc. I have called in numerous times and I still get the same pathetic excuse that someone is still working on my case. Everytime a debit order goes through I am charged a debit order rejection fee and on top of that since this is a contract I have no doubt this is recorded into my credit account as a missed payment. It is so ****ing pathetically draining. Cell c really is the pits , one of the worse things I have ever done to myself was to sign up with this pathetic ******** lot
