Pathetic Sales Street Lady and Nasty Manager

I met a sales person by the name of Mamello a very young light chubby chick in Johannesburg -Randburg and she told me she's got this exciting news as Cell C is introducing or promoting an LTE sim card that came with all this goodies for 7 days everything in from all network minutes, Cell C minutes and data and she asked me if wanted the sim card and I said yes as she said its for free and she took my phone pressed a whole lot of numbers on it and it switched my tariff plan to something else I wasnt in as I was on 66cents plan and there after she told me I had to pay R299 once off and then I said you said it was for free and she just mumbled on me, there after I contact the Cell C contact center and spoke to thabiso an agent who couldnt assist me and I asked for her senior by the way of which I stood a good 15 minutes on the phone while waiting for the manager and then Thabiso came back and told me her senior is busy by the way her name is Ms Enei Chivzhe and I asked if he managed to tell her my story and by the way my phone network is going to be closed within 15 minutes as I was told by Mamello the sales agent and Thabiso rep**** by saying her manager was busy, so I guess in my case I'm not an important customer to Cell C and again I was advised since I had switched my tariff for me to change it back it will cost me R7.00 so now Im asking myself why must I pay for that if an Cell C agent did all this changes on my phone I didnt request for this at all and I was happy with what I had on my cell number and the benefits I had.All I want is for me to return to my 66c plan and I'm hoping that when I recharge my phone no backgrounds application will deduct my credit. May I please get a response within 24 hours if not my big brother Ombudsman will deal with you and again your manager she must get her sences back I wouldnt be proud to be lead by her.
