Pathetic sales and customer service department

I ordered a Samsung A12 phone contract in June for R219 monthly. Every week since i spoke to the sales person i hav been phoning to follow up on delivery. And in the last four week i was told you waiting for stock from Samsung and now this week i get my sim is data sim and there is no phone.

I never app**** for data sim and there was no decency to contact me and tell me you changing my contract. Please cancel the sim with immediate effect with no cancellation charges as i did not order the data sim. Please follow up on all my calls from when i app**** and will hear that i did not apply for a data sim.
