After my previous complaint Cell C contacted me but gave me little to no satisfactory answers to the problem of my R991.30 SmartData Internet charges which by the way I have never been charged since being with Cell C for the past 14 years. I was charged all of these SmartData charges between the 4th to 8th of February 2020 and according to my statement I only loaded a 2GB data bundle on the 20th February 2020. I was charged R73.60 on 7/02/2020 at 00:31 and on 8/02/2020 R4.35 at 23:35 NOW my first question as Cell C said I was charged those charges because I didn't have data WHAT happened to my Midnight data which I always have because I never use it????? Second question how is it that strangely enough there are no SmartData charges from the 9th to 19th February 2020 as I was using whatsapp and the internet???? Not that Cell C would worry because they already debited my account with the entire amount. My advice to anyone choose a different service provider.
