Pathetic Porting service
I have recently decided to do a port from Telkom mobile to Cell C. And it is a total mess. My number is laying now on the Cell C network and i cant get it on a sim card. The call Centre agents is unfriendly, Unprofessional and have a stiking attitude.
I have done a port from Telkom Mobile yesterday to cell C, and to my shock did they move the number but the rica serial number dont mach there details. Cell C is pathetic when it comes to porting.
I did send a complaints e-mail. I hope someone that is knowledgeable and understandable can read this email.
Don't ever port your number to Cell C people.
