Pathetic poor disgusting service

I posted a complain about Cell C. I waited two days and no one gave me feedback. I then got a call on Saturday and spoke to a Johannes who promised to call me back the very same day. I then asked for the details of Cell C's ombudsman's and he refused to give it to me saying let him try and resolve it first. No one called me back. Johannes and everyone else I spoke to has no idea what's going on with my account. No one knows and no one cares. Judging from all the poor reviews I don't know why this company is allowed to treat people like this. Cell C negatively impacts your credit score and *****s your money do not enter into any agreements with them.
