I have experienced the most pathetic service from cellc the last couple of months. I've been trying to upgrade for a while now and every time I get to them they are out of stock. I stay in Springs and the closest Cell C to me is in Brakpan at Carnival mall. Just this December and January I went 5 times so far from Springs which is 20km from my house as well as R18 for tollgates every time. When I get there they have no stock. First I put my name on the list for a Samsung and they never got the stock, every Monday it's the same excuse, the stock didn't arrive or it will be here in an hour etc. then I asked to get the Huawei instead just to get a phone at least, so they didn't have stock of that phone either, so I was promised again the next Monday there will be stock... This carried on for the whole of December, and yesterday they phoned my they got stock now and I need to fetch the phone within 24 hours. I tried to explain to them I can only be there on Saturday as my work is too far and by the time I get there after work they are closed. I even send my sister today with my ID and asked them to give her the phone but they refuse to give her the phone or keep it for me
