PATHETIC , PATHETIC, PATHETIC- NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY LIFE

I have had ENOUGH of Cell C!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Just want a Freaking Confirmation Letter to confirm that my contracts are cancelled with Cell C in OCTOBER 2017 already. I went to a cell c branch to request a letter and they told me i should call the call centre. I call the call centre and they put me through to the legal dept. After holding on for A HOUR AND A HALF????? i am told to call the customer service dept. I call the customer service dept and they say i should go to the retentions dept - who then tells me only customer service dept can assist me. They once again put me through to customer service dept and guess what????? they transfer me to legal dept. SO here i am typing this complaint while holding on for the legal dept AGAIN for 30mins and still waiting. I need this letter because i want to buy a new car and the cell c contracts were never taken of my ITC and now it is preventing me from getting Finance! I am SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
