Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!!!

Four days I’ve been sitting waiting for Cell C to solve the problem of my Lte router not working. One crowd say one thing. Another crowd say another thing and in the meantime I sit with a non functioning router!!!! Now they want me to drive 50km to their walk-in Centre to do a firmware upgrade to my non functioning router!!!!!!!!!

They said they “think” a firmware upgrade might fix it!!!!! I must drive 100km round trip to go to your walk in centre to see if it will fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!!!!! You’ve lost me as a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
