Pathetic pathetic good for nothing

Yet another month went by Cell C is very good at debiting my account but sucks at customer service i am still paying for something i dont have. Cell C is like the gorverment you pay for something that you cant uae because someone failed to so their job correctly. Now it is become my the customer problem to fix it . please can some tell me hoe much is it to cancel my contract
