Pathetic network coverage in pietermaritzburg

I ported my Vodacom number to cell c received 10k for porting and taking up the contract excellent service in this regard however the network coverage is so poor in pmb it leaves me with no other choice but to take another VodaCom contract I have dropped calls no calls and voicemails the Internet is dialing out on edge only and it's at snails pace it doesn't help having unlimited calls and unlimited Sms's and 10 Gb data per month when I can't even use a quarter of that data pmb is a suburban area and cell c should improve its network coverage it's costing me more now to take another contract so that I don't miss calls I am a pharmacist at clicks and help manage 5 stores in the area and it's imperative I have an operating network as my work demands this I have a VodaCom number now on the cell c network which is damn useless I have logged calls posted on Facebook but with no response to it being resolved please get this sorted out as I am sure you guys are getting numerous complaints regarding this and you can see that the customer service is pathetic from your organization
