Pathetic network coverage

I never have signal on my phone. 80% of the time my phone is struggling to maintain a signal that allows me to receive msgs etc. Unless i'm at home and on the WIFI, i am unable to do anything as nothing uploads due to the fact that the signal is so bad. I moved from MTN to Cell C but i think i have made a big mistake. I've never experienced issues like this before. Whats the point in having a Galaxy S6 if i never have signal to enjoy the phone.<br> <br> Is there a issue with the network or what? i cant believe that a company this big could be having network issues of this nature.<br> <br> Something must be done as this is not what i am paying for. I cannot be paying a contract and then have to depend on WIFI before i can enjoy my phone.
