Pathetic network and even worse service

Every other week there is network issues in Hamberg, Roodepoort, 1724

I logged a few calls for the same issue at least 5 time in the last 2 months.

This time is started Saturday afternoon after returning from durban. It continued on Sunday and today not only is the data connection slow we experiencing dropped calls, even to their own call centre and technical department.

While I'm on that. I call ********** 55 I get through to the 140 call centre who then ask security questions before putting me through to the technical department, then the technical department asked the exact same info, seriously!? I enquired about it and was told it's the new procedure, that's weird cause when wife called the call centre directly, and asked for the technical department they didn't ask her security questions. Seriously and this is your "new" procedure.

Please ensure you fix your network I. Hamberg as this is starting to become pathetic!
