pathetic network

<p>My son's was ****** and I needed itc numbers for the case number...I'm my nearest cell c in parow centre I was told that they can't blacklist the handsets cause the id numbers don't appear on the record and the day the sim card was rica'd the id was not captured and I need to complete 2 forms and only within 48 hrs I can get the itc numbers....now i can't claim by foschini group insurance cause I need to give case number within 48 hrs and today my 48 hrs is over...spoke to a manager at there customer services and she said that is there process...no care in the world ... and that just to blaclist the 2 handsets. ...</p>
