Pathetic ***** and *****s !

I purchased a 200 gig prepaid data package from Cell C over 2 years ago. I complained that there was a lack of 3G in Ladysmith and with the Data speed I was getting I would be lucky to finish 2 gigs in 1 year. I had a response via Hellopeter requesting some details, thereafter...absolutely nothing, I was promised a phone call with feedback and I still haven't received it !!! My data was wasted. Be warned that Cell C will sell you data at a cheap price but their network is absolutely pathetic ! how can you not have even 3G in this day and age. Please don't send me your pathetic automated response via Hellopeter !
